Before going to Dr. Romanick for the first time, I was impressed by the regard for me the new patient. I received in the mail an explanation of office procedures. I appreciated the explanation for why I may have to wait as a patient. I felt respected to know my time was important to Dr. Romanick, as well. Therefore, I went prepared to wait with a book to read while I waited. As it turned out, my wait wasn't unpleasant at all. I found the entire office staff to be very pleasant and efficient. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Romanick's staff.
Dr. Romanick's first words to me were, "I'm sorry to keep you waiting." Since I had already been informed of the reasons I may have to wait, I thought that was very kind of her. Dr. Romanick is very professional, thorough and easy to communicate with. I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Romanick by my main care physician and look forward to an ongoing medical relationship.
